I spent the last two months building something I genuinely wish existed.

The more products I built, the more I noticed how fragmented the process of building one actually is.

You start with an idea in your notes, move to a project management tool for tasks, another tool for documentation, somewhere else for product requirements, and then your technical decisions, conversations, and context end up scattered across chats and different platforms.

Then you add AI tools on top of all of that, each helping with one small part of the process.

I kept asking myself: why isn’t there one place where all of this can come together?

That question became the starting point for Coddle AI.

I wanted to build more than another project management tool or another AI assistant. I wanted to create an agentic workspace where your team and AI agents could work together across the entire product development process, from shaping an idea and defining the strategy to writing requirements, planning work, making technical decisions, and actually getting the product shipped.

So for the past two months, I’ve been building it.

I’ve built the workspace, product planning tools, AI agents, project management, analytics, collaboration features, integrations, billing, and the infrastructure that brings everything together.

Along the way, the original idea changed quite a bit. What started as a much simpler concept evolved into a much bigger vision for how teams could build software with AI.

Coddle is now built around one simple goal: helping teams spend less time managing fragmented tools and more time actually building.
