@JustZweli I've not eaten b/fast in yrs, infact my first meal is eaten anytime after 12pm. My 'bfast', consists of drinking copious amounts of herbal teas and water. I've nothing to complain abt really, my weight has been consistent since my early 20's and I'm 42 now.
