The panel of experts created should also have designed a framework for a Reparation Fund. Reparations come after justice.

This panel usurps the role of the Judiciary and takes over the role of KNHRC. This ought to have been anchored under a parliamentary inquiry or a judicial inquiry.

First it’s about justice, and then compensation.
