🚨 Leny Yoro on how he ended up playing at right-back under Michael Carrick:
“The first time the manager told me I'd be training at right-back, I honestly thought he was joking.
I told him, 'Boss... I've spent my whole life learning how to be a centre-back.'
He looked at me and said, 'Exactly. That's why you'll be a good right-back.'
I didn't understand.
Then he took me into the video room. He paused the screen and said, 'Everyone sees a right-back. I see another centre-back... just starting five yards wider.'
From that day, he stopped talking to me about overlapping runs and started talking to me about defending space, stepping into midfield and starting attacks.
Against Atlético, it finally clicked. I wasn't playing out of position... I was just defending from a different angle.
Looking back, Carrick didn't change my position. He changed the way I looked at football.”
Something extremely shocking happened to me on Sunday evening. I went out to celebrate Man United victory at a bar with a friend, minutes after we got to the lounge he got an emergency call and he had to leave. I stayed back vibing to the loud music while sipping my liquor.
An hour later I decided it was a wrap and opted to take a walk home since my house is just few streets away. It was already dark so I didn’t notice 3 guys walking behind me. As I tried to increase my pace, they already got a grip of me. It was just me against 3 very huge thugs and I felt helpless.
So many thoughts running through my mind at that moment on how to deal with this 3 thugs. Suddenly I noticed someone running towards us. It was Bruno Fernandes, he pulled up and assisted me.
Those of us who have known the truth about Bruno Fernandes have said 'there's him & then there's everyone else'? Here is the proof of that quote.
In a league where goals are so hard to come by, he is a living, breathing hub of creation.
This is absurd.
Cristiano Ronaldo joined from Sporting for £12m in his age 18 season. He had 14 goals & assists in 40 apps (168.2 mins per G/A).
Florian Wirtz joined from Leverkusen for £116m in his age 23 season. He has 10 goals & assists in 30 apps (206.9 mins per G/A).
In Cristiano Ronaldo's age 23 season, he won the Premier League, Champions League, the Ballon d'Or, FIFA World POTY, UEFA Club Footballer of the Year, PL Golden Boot, CL Golden Boot, European Golden Shoe, PL POTY & was named in the FIFPro World XI.
Oh, and he had 51 G/A. I'm embarrassed for you.
These were the statements of Ambassador Sanaa Hamad, Sudan ambassador who led the League of Arab Nations In Nairobi,Kenya.
She penned and I quote, " The corrupt Kenyan President, William Ruto,is a close partner with Hamidti, who is a criminal, thief, murderer and traitor."
William Ruto not only has the blood of Kenyans in his hands, but also the blood of Sudanese being massacred by RSF.

Fellow Kenyans,
On 15th October 2025, President William Ruto assented to eight Bills passed by the National Assembly. I commend the Executive and Parliament for advancing key reforms in tourism, land registration, wildlife conservation, and digital finance.
However, three of the new laws raise serious constitutional concerns that I cannot, in good conscience, overlook.
First, the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes (Amendment) Act, 2025 contains vague and overly broad provisions that threaten freedom of expression and access to information. It risks turning Kenya into a surveillance state where online platforms can be shut down without due process. I will challenge the unconstitutional sections in court.
Second, the National Land Commission (Amendment) Act, 2025 seeks to restrict the Commission’s constitutional mandate by imposing unlawful timelines for reviewing historical land injustices. Land justice cannot be rushed or constrained by arbitrary deadlines.
Third, the Privatisation Act, 2025 unconstitutionally permits the transfer of public land and assets without Senate participation, contrary to Article 68 of the Constitution. Public land is a sacred trust, it cannot and must not be privatised.
My stand is principled, not political. I support all progressive laws that promote justice, equity, and accountability, but I will firmly resist any legislation that undermines our Constitution or weakens the sovereignty of the people.
Let us remain united in defending the rule of law. Kenya must be governed by the Constitution, not by convenience.
God bless Kenya.
