NAEB’s CEO @_claudebizimana joined the Congo Minister of SMEs, the Minister of Economy, Planning & Regional Integration, and former French Minister Ms. Nora Berra in an institutional session on why local content is a strategic priority for Africa—discussing what to do, how to do it, and with whom, as a strategy to strengthen cooperation between African countries.
The CEO of NAEB @_claudebizimana took part in the 30th Think-Tank Session held in Brazzaville from 4–5 December 2025, where #Rwanda was featured as the Guest Country. As a keynote speaker, he shared insights on Rwanda's home-grown solutions, continental market opportunities, and the advancement of regional integration.
President of DRC chose a global stage in Brussels today to prove the age-old saying: le ridicule ne tue pas.
Putting shame aside, he asserted his peace loving nature, forgetting the many times he threatened to invade Rwanda and overthrow its leadership. Followed this with his favorite act: claiming victimhood of the very conflict he caused and has refused to resolve.
For clarity, this is what the arm of peace he claimed to extend today, looks like:
✅ Arming and supporting FDLR, a genocidal force, and making them an integral part of the national army.
✅ Supporting militias that persecute, kill, burn Congolese alive based on ethnicity
✅ Denying M23’s Congolese identity to evade responsibility for resolving the crisis.
✅ Begging for help from every continent, only to turn around and sabotage any sign of progress.
✅Hiring mercenaries to fight his wars (but still losing).
✅Scapegoating Rwanda as the cause of the entire nation’s failure to deliver anything for citizens, while leaders loot an absurd amount of national resources with friends and family.
As President Kagame has said:
“There is no use arguing with those who have repeated their lies long enough, they have come to believe them.”
“There are no lessons Rwanda needs to be taught about the meaning of peace, those of us who have fought for peace know its price.”

RESOLUTION OF THE PARLIAMENT OF RWANDA ON THE SECURITY SITUATION IN THE EASTERN DEMOCRATIC
REPUBLIC OF CONGO AND ON THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT
RESOLUTION (2025/2553 (RSP)) OF 13 FEBRUARY 2025
I held two conversations this week with President Ramaphosa on the situation in Eastern DRC, including earlier today. What has been said about these conversations in the media by South African officials and President Ramaphosa himself contains a lot of distortion, deliberate attacks, and even lies. If words can change so much from a conversation to a public statement, it says a lot about how these very important issues are being managed.
A few important clarifications for the record:
1. The Rwanda Defence Force is an army, not a militia.
2. SAMIDRC is not a peacekeeping force, and it has no place in this situation. It was authorized by SADC as a belligerent force engaging in offensive combat operations to help the DRC Government fight against its own people, working alongside genocidal armed groups like FDLR which target Rwanda, while also threatening to take the war to Rwanda itself.
3. SAMIDRC displaced a true peacekeeping force, the East African Community Regional Force, and this contributed to the failure of the negotiation processes.
4. President Ramaphosa has never given a "warning" of any kind, unless it was delivered in his local language which I do not understand. He did ask for support to ensure the South African force has adequate electricity, food and water, which we shall help communicate.
5. President Ramaphosa confirmed to me that M23 did not kill the soldiers from South Africa, FARDC did.
6. If South Africa wants to contribute to peaceful solutions, that is well and good, but South Africa is in no position to take on the role of a peacemaker or mediator. And if South Africa prefers confrontation, Rwanda will deal with the matter in that context any day.
This Kwibuka Flame of Hope has been installed at the UN Garden in NY as a Permamnet Tribute to the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi. It will burn forever as a visual reminder for the international community and many visitors to the UN to speak out against genocide and hate speech
@onduhungirehe@angola_Mirex Merci Hon. Les Ministres pour votre persévérance à la recherche de la paix à l'Est de la RDC. Vos efforts finiront par payer!
