Isn't it impossible to publish rarities other than common without minting them?
When I make games, I use a lot of assets that are common or higher. (All assets are not for sale. They are only used as game elements.)

If this continues, won't only cost-free content such as parkour and social hub continue to be released?
To create a fun and original game, you need to be able to freely set asset abilities.
If things really go this way, the costs will be unbearable for small developers and studios (since they need to buy a lot of Catalyst to make big, fun games).
