@RubinReportShow The SC followed the Constitution. Congress can create a Bill that can pass into a Law if you can get them focused on their jobs again and get Trumps ass off of their lips.
@MZHemingway It has been a law since 1868. This is the first time in my life I have heard some people complain about it.
Obviously we have some white folks that feel they cannot compete with immigrants.
@maddenifico Hey Bro, she changes his diapers. That is her job. Dude canโt control his bowel and just blast his diapers several times daily.
She is probably the best appointee he has named since taking office. ๐๐คก๐ช
@clabaugh_mark@seanhannity@BarackObama EOโs are not laws. The SC clarified that today.
Maybe being upset with a Republican President, Congress and SC is appropriate. A bunch of idiots that we pay that cannot pass legislation by following our laws and Constitution.
Dems have zero power and win by default.
๐๐คก๐ช
@KellyIsRightTX They followed the Constitution. Maybe be mad at your Congress People that have allowed the law to be in place since 1868.
BTW it was passed by a Republican Congress after the Civil War.
@EdwardTWinz Isnโt he the same SC Justice that has donors pay off his homes, his family debts, and takes lavish vacations on private jets for his vote.
I could care less what he thinks. He is compromised by his own choices.
@clabaugh_mark@seanhannity@BarackObama Hey idiot. The framers/founders didnโt write the 14th Amendment. It was passed by the Republican Congress after the Civil War.
Maybe actually comprehending the Constitution prior to sharing your opinions about our Laws would benefit you and others.
@xbtDLN The Founders didnโt write the 14th Amendment. Instead of only being opinionated, try reading and comprehending our Constitution.
A mind is a terrible thing to waste, get busy.
@PatrickDoll@RonDeSantis A president that is focused on working within the guidelines of the Constitution would have worked with Congress to change the law.
Itโs simple really:
Executive Branch - enforce our laws
Congress - writes laws; controls spending
Judicial - follow and interpret constitution
@SenTedCruz I read the same info on Wikipedia this morning. I agree, Congress should actually create a new bill that will pass both Houses with bipartisan support and be signed into law by the President.
A bunch of Monday morning QBโsโฆ.
No vision, only reaction from the clowns..
@grubie024@RonDeSantis The Founders could not foresee everything that would change in the future. The Founders had zero to do with the 14th Amendment, that is why it is not relevant.
The SC followed our Constitution with this ruling. It is not their job to write new laws, the EOโs also are not laws.
@1776General_ The exception you refer to is keeping the aristocrats from other countries from bringing their unborn children into the US to be born as citizens. All others are good.
You need to learn how to read and comprehend properly.
@anderso24344556@HouseGOP Trump writes EOโs because he does not want to follow the constitutional process to create new laws.
The SC is to follow the Constitution. They did exactly that with this ruling.
Be mad at your worthless Congress people and vote them out.
@bofrench The SC upheld the Constitution. Congress is at fault for not writing and passing new law.
We donโt need a President writing laws, but since he loves shortcuts, he tries and gets shutdown.
Yall read the Constitution about as well as you practice the teachings from the Bible.
@anderso24344556@HouseGOP If Congress were to write and pass a law the SC would allow it.
The President cannot create laws with Executive Orders.
Do people not comprehend how the 3 branches of our government should work?
