I’ve spent 5 days trapped in a Windows update recovery loop caused by KB5070773. BitLocker blocked DISM. WinPE lacked manage-bde. Microsoft’s docs were useless. AI support hallucinated. I'd submit screenshots, but there were too many expletives and emotional breakdowns to make it public.

And when I tried to submit a support ticket? No clear path. No access. No escalation.

Why the hell can’t AI self-report catastrophic failures? Why is Microsoft hiding the ability to submit a ticket when users are breaking down trying to fix their own OS?

This system is not ready. This support model is not acceptable.

I read about CEO firing thousands of employees to replace them with AI. There's NO WAY IN HELL AI is ready for this task.
