Have had service for 3 months 4th time I’ve been cancelled on without any word or acknowledgment of them needing to reschedule.

@GoKineticHome hands down the worst telco period… take time off work to wait for service (been down 3 day) Hour after appt time no word. call to be told oh tech sent it back. now have to take another day off work for them to likely cancel again.

@GoKineticHome worst possible customer service! Called for new service, got time/date. Day comes take time off work, wait for service window 1 to 3 no show. Call was canceled at 0700… now saying no service at my address between 2 houses that has it…
