My baby mama called me in tears the other night. She told me her boyfriend had been arrested and she had no idea how she was going to get him out. Money was tight and she felt helpless. When he walked out and saw me standing there, he looked completely confused. I told him, “This ain’t about me and you. This is about those kids. Any man willing to love, guide, protect, and be there for my children when he doesn’t have to deserves respect from me.” The look on his face said everything.
