When the prosecution loses this case...and they will lose...DO NOT forget how dangerous they alleged this bomb maker was. They have backed themselves in a corner with this. They will have to begin investigating a new suspect or reveal themselves as duplicitous. You cannot make the case for months that the bomb maker is an immediate public threat, under any supervision, and then fail to begin investigating new suspects when your case falls apart at trial.

When the prosecution loses, they will try to burry this, DO NOT let them. If the prosecution is reading this, know that if you want to have any hope of making the investigation into the actual bomber disappear, you should probably let Cole await trial at home. You cannot claim in 2026 that the bomber is an immediate public threat and then, when you lose your case against Cole, fail to respond to that threat in 2027 by reopening the investigation to pursue other suspects.

You can't appeal to the statute of limitations either. You chose to add 2 new charges against Cole after he dared to take this to trial. Some of those charges have no limitation.
