Firstly the symptoms are gradually progressing & can progress between 1-3 weeks
Low-high grade fever, abdominal pain &swelling, malaise, constipation & diarrhoea, increasing weakness, headaches.
patient is not sick to the point of death or presenting with the theoretical symptoms as listed does not mean it's not Typhoid. I've diagnosed typhoid many times on patients that are not severely sick as we always expect.
