@nykaafashion@MyNykaa please give me reason for this harassment. I placed a return of a product worth 3k+, was approved on 22nd Sept 25'. Not a single attempt made to pick that up. Customer care is reluctant. Made multiple calls, followed up on chats and emails. No help.

3-4 days more! When I said that is too much of a wait. The unprofessional customer care executive of yours was rude and hung up on me! I mean this is how an organization like Nykaa treats their people after harassing them and mot helping them?

Paid rs 130 to the driver for a rs 114 ride (screenshot attached), and because he lied to churn more money, I had to pay 50 more to be able to book the next ride in an emergency. Screenshot attached. Uber customer care is not replying wtf

And the customer care is radio silent. It did not allow me to complaint before I pay the extra 50 that was blocking me from booking further. And then they don't reply.

So basically i paid 130+50=180 for a 114 rs ride.I had paid extra already because Uber bikers these days won't go without extra payment anywhere.And then he has the audacity to report a false statement that I did not pay full amount (114) to churn out more money. @Uber_Kolkata

@IndiGo6E We were charged INR 1000 just bcz we checked in 3 suitcases btwn the two of us. Note that these were empty bags! The total weight was 13.5 kgs! With screwed up rules, poor on board meals, and complete non-cooperation, how else do you plan to loot consumers?!
