@bsesdelhi - just clarify a few things. (1) you know your load has increased in summer, why was there no planning nor preparation for this? (2) if your infra is not adequate, why have you not fixed nor upgraded it during the long winter months? (3) even if nothing is working why do you not do scheduled load-shedding (10 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours whatever) and inform us via SMS/WhatsApp beforehand so that we plan our day accordingly? (4) not every part of Delhi faces this issue, why only those places where you provide electricity? (5) how long are we going to play this - powercut - complaint - we fixed it - power cut again - long exhaustive game?

CC: Copying "double engine" sarkar again because they don't seem to get the basics right, only want to bask in the glory of unimportant and inconsequential praises.

Why are you not fixing the underlying infrastructure problem? You provide electricity to the national capital for heaven's sake!

@bsesdelhi everyday I raise 6-7 complaints for 6-7 times power going off in this area. And every 6-7 times, you respond with the same thing, and an hour later, power goes off again. Why are you struggling like this? And making us suffer?
