We were happy and desperate to have selection list soon but what we got yesterday was a cruel joke on admins part. Our careers have been ruined and we have been pushed to the wall. V r over aged now

It may have taken few hours to take this decision,couple of minutes to type such order & couple of seconds to issue & share this order.
But it has wasted years of hard work of those who appeared in interviews & couldn't join even after qualifying due to litigations.
