But when tried to make a cancellation Support informed me that a credit shell would be provided by the airline, which goes against the booking policy. There is no rule that someone can midway change the policy of cancellation, and lure users in the name of free cancellation.

I request the concerned authority to warn them of this rowdy mentality, and be stern about the rights these bouncers have over the people visiting there. They can’t perform checks which invades the physical boundaries of people on pretext of security checks.
