Even before the health checkup, I had clearly and explicitly requested a battery replacement, as I’ve noticed faster drain and the device is already 3 years.
The phone should be returned in proper factory sealed condition, not in a compromised state after repeated opening. I have been a loyal customer for years, and this experience has seriously damaged my trust in service. Please ensure this is handled properly and confirmed to me.
1) The battery will be definitely replaced with a new original battery as requested.
2) Since the back panel has already been opened/sealed, it must be resealed using a new original adhesive gasket seal, and not simply re-glued or reused.
3) No additional Labour/ sealing charges

This is emergency, being told to wait 24 hours for RTGS as the transaction is online makes no sense.
I’m in a remote location with no bank.
If I were at a branch, RTGS would be instant. Please explain how this policy helps customers in real emergencies. Need help.
Ordered food on @zomato 1.5 hours ago, Delivery time stuck at 15 mins for over 40 mins. At this point, a refund alone isnt enough, I want both my food and my money back. This is unacceptable

On top of that, the store manager was incredibly rude and dismissive when asked for details. Went in with genuine interest to shop, walked out with zero desire to buy any.
@Royal_Orchid looping you in as this is one of your properties at mysore. 48 hrs later, I’m told the price has changed due to a glitch and I must pay more or cancel. There’s no such disclaimer on your site. This is highly unprofessional. Honor my booking.
@makemytrip I booked a hotel at the price shown on your platform. 48 hours later, I receive a call from the hotel demanding more money due to your server glitch. This is a clear breach of contract. Honor the booking at the reserved rate or I’ll have to explore legal options.

Like i said, this was not The first.
@SwiggyInstamart are you trying to get us hospitalized storing expired food? This is the third time I'm getting a expired @akshayakalpa paneer. See my order history, I had stopped inbetween as i was only getting expired packets and today was no different. What if I did not check?
