@Stagecoach_East Just witnessed your driver on the A Bus in St Ives (at 10.25 the Ramsey rd stop) refuse a retired couple entry onto his bus because they had a suitcase! The bus was going to the station where surprisingly people have suitcases!! Awful service 😡

Just witnessed a retired couple being told they can’t get on an A bus in St Ives because they have a suitcase! Utterly rediculous - they had a train to catch which they are probably going to miss now. Dreadful service - the bus had 6 people on it!! 😡

@SJMConcerts Are you aware people who bought C2C tickets from @gigsandtours are being told we can’t transfer our tickets to our friends. How are we meant to get into outside stages if one person has all the tickets & others want to see someone different. I predict a riot at C2C!

@TLRailUK when you cancel my train home and I have to stay overnight in London in a hotel, pay for an extra days carpark at the train station and you have the cheek to refuse my delay repay claim for my ticket because my train wasn’t on the timetable - you cancelled the train! 🤬

@Avis dm just sent, you haven’t replied to my email or tweet - you took money from me for a full tank of petrol when I returned the car full! Don’t believe it when they tell you that you have the option to bring it back empty or full & they DO charge more than a full tank! 😡

@Ticketmaster we’ve just bought tickets 3hours ago for The Chicks in Birmingham and chose lower tier, we’ve received our email confirmation & they are for upper tier! Are we able to get a refund please?
