@Uber hey uber your driver charged my daughter $299 cleaning fee which happy to pay driver sent me receipt and asked for payment which we paid immediately and we have all screenshots etc. We’ve just been charged the $299 again through the app and driver now ghosting me. Help?

@SingaporeAir Don’t even know what options are. need to understand what we can do in terms of transferring our flights if we need to. One of the party is in hospital so cannot travel so definitely need to rebook his outbound flight he’ll keep the same return.
