If drivers can simply cancel after accepting a ride, then what exactly is the customer supposed to do when they’re already waiting and in a hurry?

@Uber_India What kind of service is this? 3 rides booked early morning.2 cancelled by drivers and 1 I had to cancel because I was getting late.

The worst part? Drivers are asking about the fare first and then cancelling if they don’t like it. One driver literally told me,

I am travelling in B1 coach of Purushottam Express(12802)
The coach is very crowded, there is no space even for toilet.
I have to get down at DDU and there is no space at all, especially at gate. Please Clear The Crowd
