Delhi Police Crime Branch has arrested RJD National Secretary Santosh Kumar Jaiswal in NEET admission fraud racket (Delhi-NCR).

Jaiswal (pathology lab owner) allegedly masterminded a syndicate that charged ₹20-30 lakh per aspirant, promising “guaranteed” MBBS seats via management quota. They provided fake “special question” booklets compiled from old papers/coaching material & held 18 students (many minors) in hotels/flats. Police has rescued the students & arrested others including a doctor. Investigation ongoing.

This is NOT the main NEET-UG 2026 question paper leak case (separate CBI probe in Rajasthan, Gurugram, Nashik etc.).
