@TUIUK You sent our case to wrong airport in bound. I located it M’chester. You refused to send it ASAP. Even though my daughter was flying out to 🇪🇸 & her clothes were in it! I spent £100 on clothes for her. No returned calls from you just blanked us. TUI you’re a shambles.

@TUIUK Our case was sent to wrong airport on in bound flight. You had the case in Manchester the next day but didn’t return for a https://t.co/cmdNYNFaqi was my daughters case and we needed it’s she was going to Spain.I’ve spent &100 on clothes for her TUI are a shambles.
