🇺🇸 250 years ago we declared independence from the British Empire. 125 years ago, they stole it back—and erased the evidence.
This July 4th, Trump is reclaiming what McKinley died for: the American System.
The Trump Administration strongly believes in defending consumer choice. The choice should be yours, not the government’s decision, whether you buy an electric vehicle, internal combustion engine, diesel, or hybrid. And the reality is that all these engines have advanced so far over the past 10+ years. Joined @FrontlinesTPUSA@rowena_ortiz_ at the Great American State Fair to discuss.
They will not show you this on the nightly news: President Trump riding the Freedom Train, a full cavalry escort on horseback alongside him, celebrating 250 years of American independence. Pure patriotism.
EPA is approving permits at Trump Speed, no more years-long waits standing in the way of American manufacturing. That includes fast-tracking new domestic fertilizer production! American farmers deserve a fertilizer supply chain built here, not overseas. EPA is ready to help build it, working with @SecRollins and the rest of President Trump’s team.
🎯 BREAKING: SCOTUS JUST WRECKED THE DEEP STATE TODAY!
For 91 years, unelected bureaucrats have been running this country from the shadows, protected by a 1935 legal shield that kept presidents from touching them. Today, the Supreme Court ripped that shield apart.
6-3. Trump wins.
Here's what most people don't understand: agencies like the FTC, SEC, and NLRB have been stuffed with political appointees who answer to nobody. They write rules, enforce rules, and judge violations of those rules. All without a single vote cast by a single American.
The Court today said that's incompatible with the Constitution. Officers who wield executive power must be accountable to the President, period. And accountability requires the ability to fire them.
Chief Justice Roberts wrote that the old 1935 carve-out "had never made sense" and had become untenable as agency power exploded to cover virtually every corner of American life.
Think about what that means. The same bureaucrats who throttled small businesses, weaponized regulations against conservatives, and slow-walked every Trump priority now serve at the President's pleasure.
This isn't just a legal ruling. It's a fundamental transfer of power back to the people, through the President they elected.
The administrative state has been a one-way ratchet for a century, clicking further left with every passing administration. Today that ratchet broke.
Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson dissented. Of course they did.
The swamp was never going to drain itself.
