I wouldn’t usually post a thread all about one decision in a 90 minute game of football, but today’s was so significant, and so outrageous, it has to be highlighted and discussed.

I have to say though that the overall comms at stations and on trains was poor. I even heard one of your staff at Liv St tell a passenger who asked about departures “Don’t know, just got off my break’. Worth every penny!
@greateranglia Some of your staff need lessons in customer service. Telling paying customers “take your earphones out and listen to the tannoy” when asked about delayed trains is appalling. Not me btw. Most GA staff great. Fares cost loads, manners cost nothing.
@greateranglia hey guys, what’s going on with the line between Gidea Park and Chelmsford. Trains going through at a snail’s pace most evening journeys, even the drivers sounds exasperated.

@TheRAC_UK Hi, I think at present, it would not be to become a member of the RAC - your service has left my 84 year old father waiting in a dark, cold car park for over 3 hours waiting for recovery, and no human being to speak to and the time being pushed back and back. Shocking.
