Edit: He says later it was cellular concrete and that's only 20-50lbs per cubic foot. But that's dried, not sloppy wet... actually would have an R rating of 1-4. They actually make roof decks with Lightweight insulating concrete. Went down the rabbit hole..

@WallStreetMav @kpssreality I did a 2 year HVAC/R course at a tech school. First year was residential and second was commercial. Total course cost was $14,000. You get your EPA certificate the first year, that's all you need to be "licensed". Some cities require competency cards, but not in the Midwest.
