The OVEC bailout is an economic boondoggle that’s supporting keeping environmental and public health boondoggles online. There’s no reason that needs to continue but the only way it stops is if we take action.

So yeah, it's pretty ridiculous to see that same company that lobbied to repeal critical public health protections--protections it was sued under--for it's polluting facilities now get special treatment from the Ohio legislature.
