Not happy, since device & airtime bills separated v difficult 2 pay for device. Tried 3 times to set up DD and it hasn’t gone through now getting snotty letters from 3 regarding payment suggest updating your systems to allow speaking to an actual operator.
@ThreeUK Trying to get in touch with a real person at Cus svcs impossible, trying to pay device plan and not available online or by phone. Have given details for your account to mine to make a bank transfer and it is saying details invalid? need to speak to someone, please
@NatWest_Help just spent 2.5 trying to get back into my bank account after changing iPhones. I put all the details in Cust No. P/word pin no. everything and then got booted out and now have no access for 24 hours. This is ridiculous.
@phil_blackpool@joebottomley@TalkTalk@TalkTalk are getting worse, too long to get through to Customer Services on the phone “there is nothing wrong with the broadband speed” despite very slow, Internet and TV buffering constantly thinking of looking for someone else to take my money for broadband, had enough now
@joebottomley@TalkTalk Well it’s been a waste of your day sat waiting for a resolution. Bet if they had to pay £50 an hour for our time they’d have given it more of a priority! @TalkTalk simply don’t care! We regularly have to reboot our system, it seems it can’t cope with demand! Time for a change! 🤬
They’re keen to raise the price by £3 this month but not so keen on sorting customers problems out! Isn’t this the 2nd time you’ve had an issue with @TalkTalk? I’m sure you had an engineer there in December? Seems a quarterly problem with no longterm solution! I’m ditching them!
