Cameron wasn’t willing to make the cuts again for this remaster, hence no UK release.

@IanDunt The one that gets me is 'license'. Because it's used in every context in American, I get suspicious when I see it in British English, but it's the correct British form when it's a verb. e.g. 'driving licence' vs 'licensed to drive'.
