[Csanad Nemes @NemesCsanad]

@Chrissells_ yessir!

[Csanad Nemes @NemesCsanad]

I started working with PhonesSales a couple weeks ago
.
It's been a top experience
.
Operating with the best players in the space and being held to ELITE standards.

[Csanad Nemes @NemesCsanad]

@Chrissells_ haahha but still so funny, had this multiple times

[Csanad Nemes @NemesCsanad]

The funniest shit is when your lead wanna hire you

[Csanad Nemes @NemesCsanad]

My lesson from this is to once in your fkn life drop your little ego and commit to 1 thing and have your full faith in it.
.
If you have this in place you will make it

[Csanad Nemes @NemesCsanad]

.
Working together with the sales manager, optimizing the systems, and seeing the process of scaling this offer to 2M/month in the next few months.
.
It's something I would never thought of a few months ago that I could be a part of something like this.
.

[Csanad Nemes @NemesCsanad]

@MatteoBanzon Exactly bro, admitting the reality of where we are and that we might not be able to get where we want to go alone is hard for the ego and it's scary

[Csanad Nemes @NemesCsanad]

@mihaichirca_ Huge congrats brotha!

[Csanad Nemes @NemesCsanad]

@nagynorbertmate I think you just gotta make sure that your routines, habits, and system are on point.

Then hire people that fall into the same category.

I discovered that it's not about the environment, only about you. You have to be bulletproof.

[Csanad Nemes @NemesCsanad]

I just got a chance to work with the best sales guys in the game

Hopefully I can pass the test

No question

[Csanad Nemes @NemesCsanad]
