Today we said goodbye to a member of staff from Woodston, who was also a much loved parent at Nene Valley. People who are as kind, caring and decently human are a rare find and our community is diminished without her. Much love to Nana's family from us all x

The staff, children and trustees at Nene Valley Primary School extend our deepest condolences to The Royal Family on the passing of Her Majesty . As a mark of respect, we join the rest of the nation in entering a period of national mourning for Queen Elizabeth II.

We enter a time that is beyond the experience of the vast majority of us; a period of mourning for the only monarch many of us, especially our children, have known. Our thoughts are with a family who will be feeling the sadness of such an immense loss.

Great to see lots of parents at the Cross Country run at the Community Centre cheering on children. The children ran brilliantly and the sun was kind to us. Thanks to @FONV for the cooling ice poles.
