@SamiKihika This is very wrong information. I'm a parent in Kampala Academy P/S.My child is in P.4, and in the boarding section, I'm also the most immediate neighbour to the school. Nobody rings the bell at 4:00am. These kids wake up at 5:00-5:30am. I doubt whether you're a parent at kaps.
