Idk if this applies but not eating too late or too close to your bed time may also help.

Some people go for a walk, but that tends to wake me up.

Could also try taking Melatonin if you can.

This isn't an immediate fix but a "nightly ritual" or routine can set your body up to know when you're getting ready for bed, assuming you can keep to the ritual daily. (not me)
