@JohnBrealey inflammation of lymphatic vessels (and also venulitis) it is considered as non specific change that can be seen in a lot of conditions so for renal transplantation it’s not a criteria for Banff classification
I really enjoyed the beautiful talk on FSGS at @GlomCon and the elegant work from @podocytes. Molecular signatures may be the future ancillary study to lead to precision diagnosis in multiple kidney diseases, including FSGS. Let's explore more. . . /1
