  I was disappointed to read the LPS plan for re-opening our schools. It seems to be an attempt to adhere to the minimum standards that have been advanced by Governor Murphy, especially at the higher grade levels.

87 yo Fw/well-controlled HTN (on Ramipril and Metoprolol but no diuretics),Dyslipidemia (on Crestor), MGUS (IgG kappa) with elevated HCO3- (34) for > 20 years. Normal K+ and renal function. Urine pH 7.5. Urine Cl- 68 mmol/L. No COPD. No ABG. No Licorice or supplements. Thoughts?
