@ejwillingham @RantingOwl Me too! I have always said I feel more womanly around men because I am feminine to their masculine. (For example, I don't notice my height until I stand next to someone taller than me.) But I exist in neutrality.
@britl Geoff was my first psychology prof (I'm now doing a Psych PhD myself). I was shocked to hear the news of his cancer, and it's that much more devastating to hear that he's dealing with this in such a horrifically mismanaged 4th wave. Thank you for sharing.
@parkthatrock @ByMatthewBlack@ctvedmonton It's in his 3rd tweet. Herd immunity has increased to >85% with Delta. 15% are kids which won't get vaccines for months. We won't get there for a while. So it's useful to see who CAN and ARE getting vaccines now and comparing that across provinces & countries.
@MamacatHK @jasonvpurcell I had horrible anxiety learning to drive. Like had to learn in short bursts because of the panic I would feel. That strategy sounds like it would have been a massive help for me!
@jasonvpurcell by others would have helped me if I had known. But I also just wanted to say that when you first learn it's overwhelming, and difficult and you don't understand how so many people can drive. And then overtime your movements become automatic.
@jasonvpurcell I was V anxious and learned at 22. It seems like everyone I know, whether they say it or not, is anxious when learning. And it makes sense! I know of a driving instructor if you are looking to find someone, he is great (knowledgeable and calm). Otherwise, these tips 1/2
@Waynthurson @TheBreakdownAB I know. I live in Edmonton, so this was more of a statement of the fact that not only do I not attend the Stampede, but I don't even bother with my local version.
@UbakaOgbogu@WHO AHS had a whole ad campaign a few years ago advocating women of childbearing age refrain from drinking and to take prenatal vitamins. It did noooot go over well.
