@AmericanAir flightAA1102, ORD to YYC. Had to leave home at 3am to make my flight. Delayed by half hour stints for 6+ hours. Then, cancelled. Your reps could get me to my destination on TUESDAY! Told me to take it or find something else BUT THEY WONT PAY THE DIFFERENCE! $1900
