Today, we announce our Series C Funding of $250M at $2.5B post money valuation to scale our Autonomous and Interceptor drone programs.

This round of funding is co-led by Sequoia Capital and American Strategic Technology Fund (ASTF) with participation by Interlagos, Valor Equity Partners, Allen & Company, Thiel Capital, Spark Capital, and Dylan Field.

These funds will accelerate the development and production ramps for new drone programs including Archer AI, an FPV platform augmented with autonomy features including Terminal Guidance and GPS-denied Position Hold, and Bandit, a c-UAS interceptor drone intended to counter Class 2 and 3 drone threats including Shahed-style systems.

These platforms are being developed with the hardware and compute required for multi-asset control (often called “swarming”) while retaining the cost efficiency Neros is known for – and that’s essential to achieving true attritable mass.

Both Archer AI and Bandit will be deployed for combat by the end of 2026.

After @DIU_x Drone Dominance Gauntlet I, Neros was the first manufacturer to deliver 100% of its 2,400-drone order. For that accomplishment, we were awarded a bonus order for another 2,000 drones, which have now fully shipped as well.

Delivering credible deterrence requires more than small volumes of high performance drones, and Neros is proving that that America can produce unmanned systems at scale, and with the speed and flexibility demanded by the Department of War.

Last week, we supported live fire demonstrations in South Korea in conjunction with 2nd Infantry Division/ROK-U.S. Combined Division (2ID/RUCD) and Marines from 3rd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment.

While there, soldiers validated our Archer's long-range strike capabilities for small regiment artillery.

We’re thrilled to announce that David DiDomenico has joined Neros as our VP of Operations.

David previously led production and supply chain for geostationary satellites at Astranis, and multiple programs at SpaceX including Starlink satellites and user terminals.

He brings deep expertise in volume manufacturing, standing up production facilities, and assembling the high performance teams needed to build hardware at scale.

He’ll be critical to ramping our Torrance, CA factory to one million drones per year by 2028.
