@STLAVELLAN @canadaposthelps@canadapostcorp You have a lazy mailman. Mine rings and when I buzz he he comes all the way to my door on the 6th floor. When he’s on vacation his replacement mailman doesn’t even ring. So I call customer service and ask them to reattempt delivery.
@HoLichette@LakhTek@nasmadotali If someone is retiring soon and didn’t make money in the last 20 years than I have no idea what they were going. You could have thrown your cash into anything and come out ahead.
@PHfloor@sharinglung5@BetterDwelling Not quite. He’s heavily invested in housing as well. He talks big, is promising supply but I’m doubtful. Ill take a chance on anyone but the liberals though.
@JeffreyTFreeman @chris_rempel@nasmadotali I would sell. There’s no way I can rent the property to generate what the stock market can generate with the cash. Or I would keep it, mortgage it to what the rent can comfortably pay off, and invest that.
@PHfloor@BetterDwelling That’s ok. The hardest part is the down payment in this market. It’ll actually get easier for those of us earning stable income.
@RobertK16942631@BetterDwelling I’ve been saying something similar to my father (he runs his own restaurant and is having difficulty retaining staff). “You’ll never lose your bad employees, they’ve found a place to work where they’ll almost never be fired, but your good ones can get fed up and leave for better”
