@Missmbl2812 That said, nevertheless, if there is some woman which feels personally disturbed, and calls you out as man, then you will have to go (either to the man‘s or elsewhere) so IMHO there should NOT be a RIGHT to use the woman‘s rooms, but a certain tolerance and understanding.

@Missmbl2812 I am in principal against allowing men (which includes transwoman) in women‘s spaces. However in those cases where nobody would suspect that this is a man I would be pragmatic. As long as you appear so much as a woman that nobody would call you out, go to the woman‘s room.

@LibbyTard17 If it has a penis then it‘s NOT a woman. Not in my language. Not in my world. Even if it looks like a woman and talk like a woman. FACT.
But nobody is is upset - at least not me - if a man dresses like a woman. I then take the liberty to say he or she as I please.

@UseTheWattage @jk_rowling It is my layman opinion, that a lot of the increasing number of gender dysphoria cases emerges from imposing strong stereotypes. Certainly not all of them. Affirming the opposite gender against biological reality is IMHO not the helpful path. But I‘m not a phsychiatrist.

@UseTheWattage @jk_rowling No gender affirming care is a lie. Just let the girl dress in whatever way she likes and behave as she wants, without imposing stereotypes on her (or vice versa with boys). That would already solve a great part of the problems.

@McMagnus42 @RichardDawkins BTW anorectic people also don‘t *like* to vomit, depressed people don‘t *like* to be sad etc. It‘s just a mental illness and there are enough examples of gender dysphoria that are cured (e.g. after puberty, without transition). So want do you intend with that question?

@McMagnus42 @RichardDawkins And the real hyped problem are just those (few) man, who just claim to be female, without undergoing surgery or therapy, in order to intrude in female spaces and sports. We could discuss all sorts of therapy, if there was a clear indication beyond „I (want to) feel like that“.

@McMagnus42 @RichardDawkins They may be different, and they may feel however they want. But I don’t have to treat them as the opposite sex. And when they are adults, they can or course mutilate their body (not on public cost, however), but I am still free to see them as what they biologically are.

One is legal, the other is illegal.

Regardless of the incident, of course it is the duty of medicare to protect the data of the australian citicens as best they can, and they obviously failed at that. But that makes the intrusion not less wrong.

So it‘s not a question of „properly locked“. Its always intrusion and a crime.

@McMagnus42 @RichardDawkins And the whole point of Gender Identity Theory is, that there is no testable indication, it is just your mood and freedom, to state your „true“ gender identity, no matter your bodily sex. And this denial of biological facts is IMHO inappropriate and wrong. Okay?

@McMagnus42 @RichardDawkins And still IMHO what he describes is a pathology of the brain, which is not to be cured by mutilating the body. Admittedly, I would be fine with that if such a transition would really be able to change the sex of the body, but at the current SOTA that is medically impossible.

@McMagnus42 @RichardDawkins Oh, I have seen the video. I did not find the mentioned study though. But even if that is neurologically true (which I can not deny nor confirm) then the fact of the biology of the body and it‘s sex still remains. Pathological neurology makes life harder for some than for others.
