Always room to improve though and appreciate it's frustrating. Which entrance/exit to the station do you use?

A great service from the staff on the 12:52pm service from Edinburgh Waverley to Carlisle in 1st class @AvantiWestCoast all of the 1st Class Staff made everyone’s journey “Personal & Unique” to them and took the effort to have a chat with each passenger and wishing them well
