Do ICE agents sitting at home and seeing videos of their colleagues standing on heads, pointing guns at citizens, smashing windows of citizens, and pepper spraying citizens not feel some guilt by association?

Are they each their own person capable of critical thinking? Or are they each thugs, proud of the actions their masked counterparts enact on citizens and seeding terror?
