@OwenShroyer1776 I took it for a bit a few years ago but after a few weeks it lost its effect and made my sleep worse and I had bad dreams. So I switched to Benadryl, which worked every time. Now I take hydroxyzine which is just extra extra strength Benedryl. It works and is not addictive so 🤷‍♀️
