@honeybunmoder You should have a prepaid return label now. Please send the GPU back with everything it came with, and DM me your order number if you can't find the label.

[Newegg Service @NeweggService]

@honeybunmoder Hi @honeybunmoder, I'm sorry the GPU arrived damaged, and I know a day without an update is frustrating. Since you filed a damage claim rather than a standard return, it goes through a review that takes 2-5 business days.

@AcesHigh291 @Newegg Hey @AcesHigh291, your Steam code should've been emailed to you about an half an hour after this tweet. Can you confirm if you got it yet? Thanks

[Newegg Service @NeweggService]

@Isucceed @Newegg Hi @Isucceed, I'm sorry your item arrived looking opened. We do have live chat and phone support after you click "Help Center" on our website (screenshots attached).

Could you DM me your order number and a clear photo of the serial label on the product so I can look into this?

My uncle gifted me a $200 Newegg gift card because he loves that I stream as a hobby! (He’s the best) 🤍

What suggestions would yall have that I should consider investing in that’s made streaming better for you?

Current thoughts are a new camera, a monitor, or a arm audio mount

@hersocials @Newegg Hey @hersocials! I apologize to hear what happened to your account. Can you please DM me your email address of that account so we can take a look?

[Newegg Service @NeweggService]

@Sigma_3_14 @Newegg Hey @sigma_3_14! That's definitely frustrating. Can you please DM me your order number, so we can look into this for you?

[Newegg Service @NeweggService]

@DonIrvine @Newegg Hey @DonIrvine, I checked the seller A4C, and they're based in the USA - so you shouldn't be receiving a package from China. Please keep me posted if there's no delivery after today, and I'll take a further look

[Newegg Service @NeweggService]

@north_ga_GATOR @Newegg Hey @north_ga_GATOR, we get why this feels frustrating, but we'd rather go over the actual return findings and your options with you directly than hash it out here. Please DM us your return number, and we'll walk through it together.

[Newegg Service @NeweggService]

@kbrewFL Hey @kbrewFL! I apologize to hear what happened to your order from the seller. Can you DM me your order number, so we can go from there?

[Newegg Service @NeweggService]
