@DOGE@USGSA I hope that you actually have HR specialists as part of your team. Because they're the ones that know what works in the systems and what does not work in the system. You know just like shutting down USA staffing for onboarding was ridiculous.
In my opinion OPM is just trying to justify their jobs and their 5 bullet points by saying they are monitoring agencies hirings. How come you didn't do that before? Thing that make you go ummmmm scared of a rif? Maybe?
In all my experiences during hiring freezes never once was USA staffing locked down like it is now. And now the timecard system has been down for days. Seems like some people who have no clue what they are doing are messing with things they shouldn't be. @DOGE#elonmusk#do

Whoever is in charge of the tracking OPM email needs to start doing their job. Half way unlocking exempt position onboard records is inefficient a waste of time and abuse of government funds. #opm@DOGE@opm
The issue with the government isn't Federal employees or the federal workforce. It's your elected officials. Politicians billionaires and a certain group of people who will remain nameless that are making this country terrible. They are only using federal employees as a decoy
@DOGE@DOGE_USDA@DOGE_SSA In general, the whole RIF process is outdated in my opinion. Especially when you know for years performance appraisals haven't been appropriately completed. As that is part of the RIF process among other outdated justifications.
