👉While @INCIndia and supporters are celebrating the fact that @BJP4India did not manage to secure the 272 seats mark on its own, it is important to note that BJP under @narendramodi leadership is the only party to secure 272+ seats in the last 35 years, not once but twice!

👉 Congress under Manmohan Singh tenure in 2004 could secure only 145 seats and went in for coalition since they fell short of a staggering 127 seats to prove majority! Even with their alliance they were able to show a meagre 218 seats only. The same party in 2009 also could not secure majority and managed only 206 seats which called for coalition again.

👉 With such low numbers that Congress could secure, they managed to complete both the terms.

👉In 2014 and 2019, BJP had stunning absolute majority in the house with 272 and 303 seats respectively. Hence when they secured 240 seats in 2024, it appears very low since their standards were really really high!

👉 Modi & Amit Shah, who are the masters at managing alliance partners as well as opposition are all set to give another 5 years of stable governance, undoubtedly.
