@ussfspoc The multi-national exercise, held by @USSF_STARCOM at @PeteSchriever, broke new ground by testing the integration of cyber-warfare and live-fire space electronic warfare
UK personnel worked alongside specialists from the US, Canada, and Australia, and our partners in @ArmySMDC
@HarvSmyth@UKSpaceCmd@VirginOrbit Virgin Orbit are an incredible team, it was great working with them in 2019/20. It’s good to see the vision we had coming to life
@UKSpaceCmd@SpaceForceCSO I’m very lucky to be part of the NSSI. It’s a privilege to support the USSF in its delivery of first class space education to the US & its partners, and to represent the UK doing so.
This agreement marks the deepest operational commitment yet between the UK and US in space.
Collaboration with international partners is key in space, and this agreement will provide the basis for a number of new, developing areas of cooperation.

@GateGateGo1@UKSpaceCmd Well, there’s a lot of discussion about culture and identity on both sides of the pond; all views are welcome so please get in touch if you’d like to talk about it.
@the_smooth66@Viking_Dave85@UKSpaceCmd We do it through discussion, education and training, in the classroom and on exercise. We also do it when developing capabilities.
@MotivatedManta@UKSpaceCmd Given the space to think about how much space there is in a tweet to talk about a space operator working in a space role teaching people about space, I find there’s plenty more space to say space. 😉
@Viking_Dave85@UKSpaceCmd Essentially it’s about having operational knowledge of how we use space capabilities and what we need to worry about, then helping other domains integrate and learn about that.
It’s true! I am very fortunate to have found myself working in this domain. I have been given amazing opportunities through my space roles over the years, it’s wonderful now to help shape others understanding of the domain through education.
