@AmazonHelp Sending a private message shouldn’t need a password! Why would I trust anything @AmazonUK are telling me.
You have conned us and taken the money.
Someone has stolen the item, i spend a lot of money with Amazon. Not any more!
So @AmazonUK what does a customer do when it orders a very expensive item that requires a code to accept delivery and when they open the package it isn’t the ordered item but a cheap thing and the customer has already been charged?
Does the customer call the police?
@AmazonHelp Not sure how a Direct Message will help. This is a common practice for @AmazonUK not the first time I have been lied to.
Sort out your internal processes. Does your delivery driver have a picture stood at my front door trying to deliver?
Why do @AmazonUK delivery drivers lie.
If they are running late or require a signature they say ‘attempted delivery’ and don’t even pull up outside the house.
Don’t they know that people have Ring doorbells so they can see who comes to their door, or drives by
Disgraceful liars
@BennyBullfrog70@Se_Railway And you’re putting peak and off peak one day travel cards up by 7.9%!!
So you take away early bird tickets then increase the cost of the alternatives.
It wouldn’t be so bad if you offered a half decent service for the benefit of the customer not the provider!!
More than happy to try ‘new things’ and let them embed, but one assumes that there has been some sort of testing before things are carried out in real time. Not sure that this is the case with the new timetable @Se_Railway awful service from Gravesend today!
