I've been hitting the hot sauna weekly for the past few months after a long hiatus.

I used to go several times a week when one was attached to my gym, but I moved from there years ago.

Thanks to @bryan_johnson I've been motivated to regularly revisit a nearby sauna and reclaim the youthful look and obviously improved overall health that comes from the heat.

30 minutes ought to get the sweat and proteins going. Then maybe I'll hit the salt room...
