@bookingcom why is it that I continue to be hung up on every time I call the https://t.co/0LIlx2DS9E customer service line? I asked to speak to a supervisor and have now been hung up on 4 times. They won’t even take my call now. You call this customer service? I want my refund.

Do NOT book thru @bookingcom. I cancelled a reservation a month ago and haven’t received a refund. I sent my bank statement to prove the charge & made many calls to them. They keep telling me to wait. Today, they hung up on me 3 times after asking to speak to a supervisor.
