Up and Away!
SpaceX’s Falcon 9 launching from Space Launch Complex 40 carrying the USSF-124 mission with 6 satellites in the fairing
First stage flew back and landed at Landing Zone 2
Twin Russian RD-181 engines power the Antares rocket off the pad for the final time, as Antares transitions into the 300 series using American made engines, first launch targeted for Mid-2025
My wrap-up of the final liftoff of the Antares 230+ series, such a privilege to be able to photograph and document these rockets, make the trip out to these unique places, and experience remote setup/launch with some amazing people.
While some of my remote shots/video didn't turn out like I'd hoped, still very happy with my first LAUNCH at Wallops!

This was the first time flight-proven fairings supported a Falcon Heavy mission, and it was the farthest downrange landing and recovery of fairings to-date at 1,200+ miles – nearly a third of the way to Africa!
